 Tahiti organics is your link between the French Polynesia (Tahiti and her islands) and the rest of the world for gourmet food. We currently farm wild organic vanilla beans and work with a community of farmers that share our eco-friendly mission. Born on the island of Moorea, Poema like all Tahitians celebrates the sharing of food as a natural extension of the Tahitian sense of hospitality. It is out of this instinct that Poema now wishes to share with the world, special foods that can only be found in French Polynesia, commonly known as Tahiti. When she is not tending to the Tahiti Organic products Poema enjoys surfing, diving and photography. She is fluent in three languages, Tahitian, French and English.

  At the age of 17, Andy left San Francisco on a 26 foot sailboat that he built himself and solo-sailed to French Polynesia where he fell in love with the islands and their people. Though he returned to the United states six years later to get an engineering degree from Stanford and become a Silicon Valley executive, he maintained his close ties to the islands and his friends there. Andy is fluent in English and does a pretty good job of faking it in French and Tahitian.
